I have conceptualized, planned, and promoted various significant events, including the annual Vancouver Job Fair with over 2K attendees and 65 employers. It was one of the most considerable hiring events in Metro Vancouver.

Working for WorkBC, I usually manage the planning, promotion, and organization of 35 events, including hiring fairs, employer presentations, and industry panels.

By creating strategic partnerships with other service providers and key stakeholders, such as the Vancouver Public Library, we could host our events at their venue for free.

Additionally, I conceptualized, planned, and hosted the annual Inclusive Workplace Appreciation Awards. These awards recognized the work of employers who hired and implemented best practices for hiring People With Disabilities.
